Pensvyne applies the correct eligibility criteria for each country: UK qualifying earnings thresholds, German bAV right to defer, Dutch mandatory sectoral participation, Nordic ITP age/income rules.

Statutory Notifications

Correct enrolment notices are generated and delivered to employees in the right language and format for their country — UK TPR-compliant letters, German Arbeitsrecht notifications, Dutch scheme information.

Opt-In / Opt-Out Management

Opt-out windows are tracked per regime. UK's one-month opt-out window, German voluntary contribution adjustments, Dutch individual choice arrangements — all tracked and recorded.

Re-Enrolment Cycles

UK re-enrolment occurs every three years. Pensvyne tracks each employee's re-enrolment date and triggers the process automatically, including new notifications and re-declarations.
