How Sync Works

What happens when an employee record changes.

New Hire

When a new employee is added to your HRIS, Pensvyne receives the event within minutes. Country is determined, eligibility is assessed, and the appropriate enrolment workflow begins automatically — including any postponement period.

Salary Change

When salary is updated in the HRIS, Pensvyne recalculates pension contributions for the following pay period. UK qualifying earnings reassessed; German BBG ceiling exposure updated; Dutch franchise offset recalculated.

Leaver

When a termination date is set in the HRIS, Pensvyne stops contribution calculations from the leave date. Final contributions are calculated for the terminal pay period. Statutory leaver communications are generated per the regime.
