Week 1

Discovery & Data Mapping

A Pensvyne implementation specialist conducts a structured intake call to map your employee data, identify which pension regimes are active, and verify any legacy scheme details. Your HRIS data format is reviewed and a field-mapping document is produced.

Configuration & Integration

Monthly Payroll Sync

Each payroll cycle, HRIS data syncs to Pensvyne automatically. New starters are assessed, leavers are processed, and contribution changes are applied. No manual data entry required from HR.

Regulatory Filing

Pensvyne generates and tracks all required filings on schedule — UK declarations of compliance, German bAV notifications, Dutch participant submissions, Nordic contribution reports.

Legislation Updates

When pension legislation changes — UK auto-enrolment threshold adjustments, German BRSG subsidy revisions, Dutch WTP implementation phases — Pensvyne's rules engine is updated before the effective date.
