From regulatory bulletin to routed gap assessment.
A walkthrough of what Pensvyne does — and how it integrates with your compliance team's existing workflow.
Continuous horizon scanning across 40+ regulatory sources.
Pensvyne monitors SEC, FINRA, OCC, CFPB, FCA, ESMA, PRA, and 33 additional regulatory bodies. Every new bulletin, proposed rule, final rule, and no-action letter is ingested, classified by regulatory domain, and timestamped within minutes of publication. The regulatory intelligence feed runs continuously — nothing waits for a weekly review cycle or a manually triggered refresh.
Regulatory sources are grouped into three tiers: US federal, US state, and international. You configure your institution's regulatory perimeter — which sources are in scope — and Pensvyne monitors only those sources, keeping the signal clean.
Concept-level mapping — not keyword matching.
Regulations rarely use the same language as the internal policies they affect. Pensvyne maps at the concept level: 'capital adequacy', 'Tier 1 capital ratio', and 'minimum capital requirement' are understood as the same obligation. This eliminates the false negatives that keyword-based tools routinely produce.
Your policy library is uploaded once and indexed. New policies can be added at any time. The index updates automatically as policies are amended.
Pre-drafted gap assessments — not blank templates.
When a regulatory change maps to one of your policies, Pensvyne generates a structured gap assessment: the specific section of the regulation that changed, the specific section of your policy that is affected, an explanation of the gap, and a suggested remediation path. Your compliance team edits and approves — they don't start from scratch.
Automatic routing to the right policy owner — with deadline and attestation tracking.
Every policy in your library has an owner. Pensvyne routes each gap assessment directly to the responsible compliance officer, with configurable deadline logic and escalation rules if acknowledgment is overdue. When the owner reviews and approves the remediation, the attestation is recorded in the audit trail. The CCO sees a live dashboard of open gaps by severity and deadline status — not a backlog of unread emails.
An audit trail that holds up under examination.
Every mapping decision, every assessment version, every routing action is logged with actor, timestamp, and content snapshot. When examiners ask how you identified the obligation and when your team was notified — the answer is in the system, not someone's email archive. The log is immutable, versioned, and exportable directly into a GRC platform or provided to examiners as a structured CSV.
This matters for supervisory expectations around the three lines of defense. The first line's obligation tracking and the second line's compliance monitoring plan both require documentation that Pensvyne's audit trail provides as a byproduct of normal use.
Your policy library stays where it lives. Pensvyne reads and writes to it.
We do not replace your policy storage. SharePoint, Confluence, or a custom GRC platform — Pensvyne connects to your existing system of record, syncs gap assessments back, and routes them through the workflow your team already knows.
