Pricing questions answered.
Any employee currently enrolled in a pension scheme administered by Pensvyne. Employees in a postponement period, non-eligible workers, and those who have opted out do not count toward billing. The monthly invoice reflects the headcount at the billing date.
Yes. Upgrading is immediate. If you expand into a new country and need to add a regime, you move to the appropriate plan with the new regime active from the following payroll cycle. Downgrading is available at renewal (annual billing) or from the next billing month (monthly billing).
Yes. The structured 4-week onboarding is included in all plans. There are no setup fees. For Enterprise customers with complex legacy scheme migrations, additional professional services may be scoped separately.
We offer a structured 30-day pilot for teams with 25+ employees across two or more countries. The pilot covers one full payroll cycle in Pensvyne, running in parallel with your existing process, so you can validate contribution accuracy before switching over. Contact us to discuss pilot terms.
Pensvyne invoices in USD by default. EUR and GBP invoicing is available for Growth and Enterprise customers on annual billing. Contact us before signing if local currency invoicing is important for your procurement process.
